We do not offer exchanges simply due to natural variations in flowers or minor design differences caused by such substitutions.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability
Norbury Florist’s liability for any claim relating to the supply of flowers whether in contract, negligence or otherwise, shall be limited to the price paid for the products in question. We accept no liability for consequential or indirect losses, such as emotional distress, missed occasions, or financial loss stemming from non-delivery or late delivery, beyond refunding the purchase price or re-delivery where appropriate.

7.2 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, transport delays, supplier failure, or acts of God. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to fulfil your order as soon as possible.
